CCB FAQ
Shipping Timeframes
Most of the items purchased on CCB are shipped directly by the artist or manufacturer. Due to this, shipping dates may vary and we will always do our best to work with the artist to determine the date your item(s) will ship. We will always do our best to estimate when your item(s) will ship and keep you updated accordingly. Since most items are shipped individually by the artist or manufacturer, delivery times will vary.

Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated for standard delivery to one address within the contiguous USA. Shipping rates are based on the original price of the item(s) in your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address that you would like the item(s) to go to or email us at: aj@comecloserboutique.com (https://www.comecloserboutique.com/contact)for assistance.
Shipping Upgrades
We have the option to speed up the amount of time your order is in transit. Please select this in the shipping dropdown if available. The upgraded shipping option will not expedite the date that it is shipped by the artist or manufacturer only the amount of time your order is with your chosen shipping carrier. Also, some items, including those that ship via freight, are not eligible for upgraded shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item(s) have shipped for the artist or manufacturer, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Your order progress can also be tracked if one was created in your account.

Freight Shipping
Items that are too large or fragile for standard carriers will ship with a freight service. Once the item is ready to ship, it can take up to a week for it to be picked up by the freight company and will vary by location, artist, and freight carrier.
Generally, the freight company will contact you with the freight option to arrange a delivery date and time. Most freight companies will deliver to your door but will not bring the items into your home.
Sales Tax
Come Closer Boutique is required by law to charge sales tax on purchases in the continental US.
Credit Cards
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.
Come Closer Boutique’s Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (except for perishable items, custom orders or final sale items).
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you will be expected to pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive credit for the difference in the form of a gift card to be used in our store.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
1. Contact us at aj@comecloserboutique.com (https://www.comecloserboutique.com/contact)and we will provide return instructions and a return code.
2. All items must be in new (as sent to you) condition and cannot be used/worn to be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Package your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged and use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
4. Send your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return code from us.
Perishable Items
Due to the nature of these items, perishable items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please email us at: aj@comecloserboutique.com (https://www.comecloserboutique.com/contact)so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Return Shipping Costs
Art and Larger Items
The return charge is the actual cost of shipping the artwork. Because most artists ship directly from their studios, most returns are shipped directly back to the artists. To find out how much your return will cost, please email us at:

Refunds
Once your refund is processed, it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of return shipping. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was a gift, you may choose to receive Come Closer Boutique credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item. If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
Cancellations
Any order (except special or custom orders) may be canceled before it is shipped. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

We have developed many wide and varied relationships with the finest our world has to offer. Everything we offer on our site is handmade and we go through an extremely meticulous selection process for both the artist and the work.
Most of the artists and craftspeople we feature are willing to do custom work. If the custom work option is not available for a piece you are interested in please email us and we can contact the artist on your behalf.
Any change to work on our site may change the price and the estimated time to create.
Custom designs are not able to be returned.

Our goal is absolute and complete customer satisfaction. While we cannot make any adjustments on custom work or special orders, if a stock item is marked down within 7 days of the purchase date, we will happily make that change for you and credit you the difference back to your original form of payment.
